Aksa Consulting (Pvt) Ltd is the only turnkey (assessment, design and build) health sector specialist in Sri Lanka with a complete team of in-house design professionals. We also provide turnkey services to the educational, environmental and residential sectors. We are ICTAD registered and are currently C4 rated. One of our subspecialties is emergency interventions post disaster scenarios.

Since inception in 2005, the staff recruitment policy of Aksa has been to facilitate the best collection of health sector professionals under a single consultancy, which is clearly visible from the curriculum vitae of the permanent cadre within the organization. Over time the health sector specialty was expanded to cover environmental and educational sectors as these were complementary to the line of work carried out by the organization.

The organizational capability of Aksa is augmented by the specialist health/environmental/educational sector architectural, project management, and engineering skills of the team of professionals within the organization and the supplementary personnel sourced within the hospitals universities and the relevant sectors.
